Automation software detects recorder:

1) Downloads voice files to pc

2) Backs up files on pc

3) Clears voice files from recorder

4) Encrypts voice files for HIPAA compliance

5) Sends voice files to Logic Digital Systems Server

6) Files are transcribed and returned within 24 hours
